Located at 1001 Ashley Garden Boulevard at the corner of Grand Oaks Boulevard and Ashley Garden Boulevard, the model home is open DAYS/HOURS THAT IT IS OPEN. We’ve just started a fun event called Twilight Tour Tuesdays where all of Sabal Homes’ model homes will stay open till 8 p.m. on Tuesdays to give you a chance to come by after work or dinner and see our outstanding craftsmanship.
As you’ll see, the new West Ashley homes we’re building at The Sanctuary are in the traditional Charleston carriage style with raised foundations, porches and Hardi plank siding. We’re currently offering three floor plans in the Charleston neighborhood — all two stories and ranging from 1480 to 2291 square feet.
In the smallest, the Seagrass, you’ll find covered porches both front and back, a great room, upstairs laundry and an optional third story with third a bedroom and bath and extra storage space. In the largest, the Oleander, choose from first floor and/or second floor porches, and enjoy a rear porch, large great room open to the kitchen and dining areas, first floor master bedroom, second floor loft area and optional guest bedroom or second master suite.
There’s currently two move-in ready Charleston homes at the Sanctuary. The first is in the Oleander floor plan and is located at 1021 Ashley Gardens Boulevard. The second is located at 1003 Ashley Gardens Boulevard and is the Seagrass floor plan at 1838 square feet.
