For the fifth year, GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has designated Sabal Homes with the Guildmaster with Distinction honor, recognizing us among the nation’s best in the building industry for our commitment to customer service. The award is based on responses to a survey of a complete list of validated customers for each company. We’re so proud to say we achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from our customers.
Since 2005, GuildQuality has been giving Guildmaster Awards to companies in the building, remodeling, contracting and real estate professions who consistently demonstrate an ability to deliver a superior customer experience. Sabal Homes was one of the nearly 200 home builders, remodelers, developers and contractors throughout North America who received the honor.
Any Sabal Homes customer knows we’re all about making the customer happy. We have representatives available to walk with our customers through every step of the home buying and building process. We also just hired an online sales counselor, Meghan Lammers, to up the ante even more. We created this new position so customers can reach a Sabal Homes representative pretty much 24/7.
Sabal Homes is excited to have won this award, but rest assured our commitment to customer service doesn’t stop here. We hope to add more service awards to our shelf every year!
