Sabal Homes Tops in Customer Service for Homebuilders

Customer service is essential to the way we run our business here at Sabal Homes, and to ensure we deliver on all service fronts, we’ve teamed up with a third-party company who surveys EVERY single Sabal Homes customer about their experience. GuildQuality provides customer service satisfaction surveys for remodelers, homebuilders and home services contractors.

They recently informed us that 20 customers in a row gave us the highest possible score, citing exceptional service, when asked if they were likely to recommend us to others. To date, 96% of respondents said they were likely to recommend us to others.

Customers have also given us high marks in other categories, as well, including outstanding service of our employees and subcontractors (96%), high concern for our customers’ needs (95%), outstanding overall experience (94%) and having super knowledge about Charleston new home construction (97%). Thanks for ranking us so high!

Each year GuildQuality recognizes the top home building companies with a special Guildmaster award. We are proud to say we have taken it home every year since 2007 and we fully intend to make 2014 eight in a row!
