Sabal Homes Makes it Eight in a Row for National Customer Service Award

We’re excited to announce that for the eighth year in a row, we’ve received the prestigious Guildmaster award from GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company that evaluates the service received of every single one of our customers.

We are one of only 200 builders in North America to be honored with this award, which denotes our dedication to our customers and their satisfaction with their new Charleston home. Remember, at Sabal Homes we like to say “yes” when other builders say “no”!

To determine the winners, GuildQuality reviews surveys completed by Sabal Homes customers who have bought a home or had work completed by us in the current calendar year. They consider both the percentage of customers who would recommend our company to others along with the percentage of customers who responded.

GuildQuality requires that more than 90% of customers say they would recommend a builder to others. We’re proud to say 95% of our customers noted they were likely to recommend us. In comparison, in the home building, remodeling and real estate industry, the average customer recommendation rate is just 70%.

Our customers also rank us high in terms of the quality of our employees (96% satisfied), concern for their needs (95% satisfied), their overall experience (93% satisfied) and our superior knowledge (96% satisfied). See our current rankings on the GuildQuality site.

Response rates must also be between 50 and 70%, depending on the number of surveys issued, and to date, we have a very high response rate of 86% of all of our customers.

In addition to receiving this award for seven years in a row, we also were recently honored when 20 customers in a row gave us the highest possible score!
