As our charming community in Carnes Crossroads continues to grow, more people are taking notice – including some prominent healthcare companies.
In fact, Roper St. Francis, one of the Lowcountry’s largest private employers, has plans to help improve the lives of our residents with the development of a 90-acre medical campus right in the center of Carnes Crossroads.
The plans include a 50-bed hospital with obstetrics, an emergency department, surgical services, physical therapy, infusion therapy, a pharmacy, and radiology and imaging services.
Located at the intersection of North Main Street and St. James Avenue, the new 140,000-square-foot hospital will also include a 60,000-square-foot medical office building next door.
We are so pleased to share this news with you! We believe that this new development will have a positive impact on the health and well-being of our entire community.
