As part of a regular series of blog posts introducing you to some of our amazing team members here at Sabal Homes, today we want you to meet Paul Coloneri, one of our newest community sales managers who represents the Branch Creek Summerville neighborhood.
Paul, a Summerville resident himself, joined Sabal Homes in November to help prospective homeowners learn all about the beautiful Branch Creek community and discern if building a Sabal home is right for them. He also helps homebuyers through the planning process to ensure they build a new Charleston home that fits their wants and needs. In fact, Paul says his favorite part of his job is the relationships that he builds during the home buying process.
A big part of Paul’s job is sharing all the wonderful attributes of Branch Creek. He notes that its location is central to Summerville and all of its shopping, dining and entertainment. He also points out that it’s only 3 miles from I-26, which can get you quickly to downtown Charleston, on your way to Columbia or to the Charleston International Airport. It’s also close to many major employers in the area, such as Boeing and Google.
Paul says one thing most people don’t realize about Branch Creek is that it’s a boutique Summerville community with just 148 homes, and he wishes everyone realized that Sabal Homes is locally owned and that all homes are locally built. “Our homes are built the way you would your home to be built, to please the customer not the corporation,” says Paul.
When he’s not working with individuals and families helping them realize their dream home, he enjoys spending time at home with his daughter and exploring Charleston’s food, culture and history. “The weather helps, too!” he says.
