A unique neighborhood springing up in Summerville will be the latest addition to Sabal Homes’ communities. We’ve just begun building new homes in Summer’s Corner, a neighborhood described as a “community in a garden” where the focus is on connection to green spaces.
This charming community, which offers modern amenities yet a small-town feel, is situated off Highways 17A and 61. It features many parks and gardens, all within a five-minute walk of any home, as well as hiking and biking trails, a pool house, a commons area, a lake and a cafe serving coffee, beer, wine and lunch to meet your neighbors. There will also be shops, restaurants, cafés, galleries and professional offices clustered together in a vibrant “main street” shopping district.
The Summerville neighborhood will be home to the new Sand Hill Elementary School, the Middle School of the Arts and the Summers Corner Performing Arts Center — all scheduled to open in 2016. Children will attend Dorchester District 2 Schools, some of the best in the state.
Sabal’s homes will start in the $200s and 300s, consisting of two distinct collections for homes ranging from 1800-2900 square feet, and feature classic Lowcountry features, such as wide porches, interesting architecture, warm colors and high-quality construction. Each home is purposefully designed to maximize the surrounding natural environment.
“Summers Corner is a new and beautiful community in a great location minutes from historic downtown Summerville,” says Lindsey Tyler, Sabal Homes’ vice president of sales. “A unique, mixed-use community of neighborhoods, it’s thoughtfully designed around parks, gardens and ponds. Residents will be able to connect with nature and each other, on their own front porches, in the Commons shopping/business district or the Corner House, Buffalo Lake House, Pool House or many outdoor spaces.”
Construction is underway, so be sure to get on our priority list for this wonderful community! Give us a call at 844-MYSABAL or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
