Sabal Homes has once again earned a 2014 Guildmaster Award by GuildQuality® Inc. GuildQuality is an independent customer satisfaction surveying firm that serves a nationwide community of homebuilders and remodelers. Since 2005, GuildQuality has given Guildmaster Awards to high-caliber companies in the building, remodeling, contracting and real estate professions that consistently demonstrate an ability to deliver a superior customer experience. This is the eighth year Sabal Homes has won the award, a distinction that shows the Charleston-area homebuilder consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

To determine winners, GuildQuality conducts a survey that weighs two metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend a company and the percentage of customers who respond. Sabal Homes achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent, one of just 200 homebuilders, remodelers, developers and contractors in North America to receive the honor. Company owners Todd Ussery, Matt Jones and Jason Simpson and their team of 25 employees have built more than 600 homes in the Charleston area.
