We know Cane Bay Plantation is a beautiful Sabal Homes community in Summerville and it seems the rest of the world is noticing, too. In its latest survey, the Robert Charles Lesser & Co.(RCLCO) ranked Cane Bay as the No. 19 top-selling master planned community in the United States.
In its first half of the year survey, RCLCO ranked master planned communities in the U.S. in terms of their sales. Cane Bay, which showed a 27% increase in its sales pace over last year, was ranked in the top 20. It was the only Charleston – and South Carolina — community to be listed. Other cities with ranked communities include Houston, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Cane Bay also has the distinction of having closed on more single-family homes than any other subdivision in Metro Charleston from 2008 – 2013. To say it’s a hot neighborhood is putting it mildly!
Sabal Homes is currently offering five floor plans in the Palmetto Walk area of Cane Bay, ranging from 1600 to just more than 2500 square feet and from 3-5 bedrooms. Homes start in the low $200s. Sabal also has a move-in-ready home available in Sanctuary Cove at Cane Bay with a 2320-square-foot, 3-bedroom floor plan.
Cane Bay is a wonderful community just outside of Charleston in bustling and historic Summerville. Within the community is an elementary, middle and high school, as well as The Market with a Publix grocery story. There will also eventually be a YMCA and a new Charleston Atlantic Presbytery Church.
