Start at Tommy Condon’s Irish Pub and then make your way around the cobblestone streets as you listen to ghost stories and uncover the dark secrets of some of Charleston’s most haunted establishments.
It wouldn’t be October without at least one Oktoberfest! Hosted at the MUSC Health Stadium on Daniel Island, MUSC’s Oktoberfest will feature seasonal beer, live German music, delicious food, dancing and fun for the whole family. If you are looking for a way to get into the seasonal spirit, this is the way to do it. Tickets are $15 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
Are you an art lover? Join others just like you at the Charleston Gallery Association Artwalk, where you can browse more than 40 art galleries and their featured works. This is a free event and each gallery will feature complimentary refreshments and an opportunity to meet many of the featured artists in-person.
Featuring more than 50 local vendors, the 9th Annual Autumn on the Ashley is completely free and open to the public. Hosted at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, you will have the opportunity to explore exhibits featuring wood carvings, paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography and more! You’ll even be able to chat with the Tri-County Master Gardeners as they answer your questions and watch as the Philip Simmons Artists Blacksmith Guild perform a demonstration.
Get your pink on at the 23rd annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure! Join thousands of runners, joggers and walkers for a 5K around Daniel Island.
