A subsidiary of Sabal Homes, SCS has been created to address the design and building needs of those clients who desire to have a custom home built on a lot they have purchased.
SCS integrates the signature Sabal Homes' designs and established quality construction processes and makes them available to clients in the surrounding Charleston area.
At SCS, we have the ability to customize one of our many existing plans to cater specifically to your needs. Or if you like, we can create a custom home plan from the ground up, designed just for you and your family.
SCS brings (to your home) a team of dedicated professionals whose top priority is ensuring that your future home turns out exactly as you envisioned it. We work with an established and trusted network of trade partners, some of which have worked alongside our core team for nearly a decade.
