Sabal Homes is Now Building at The Ponds

Sabal Homes has joined the team of builders at the west Summerville master-planned community The Ponds.  

Sabal builds in four Charleston area communities and in the Bluffton area.  The Ponds is a 1,950-acre master-planned community set between the town of Summerville and the Ashley River Historic District.
